Time seemed to stand still as Nathan Brite pulled his newly refurnished Audi into the school parking lot. Students stopped in their tracks to watch him as he parked in his normal spot that had been empty for days. ConversationsĀ ceased as he swung the door open and eased himself out effortlessly.
