If anyone reads my blog they'd see I'm absolutely crazy about this guy in my flat....
Anyway apparently he told one of my friends when i first moved in (a while back, november time probably) he thought i was hot . I know that doesnt mean he likes me though.
But it gives me the tiniest bit of hope haha.
Though now he's sort of getting with this girl who is really skinny (despite him saying he thought i must have been crazily skinny before i put on weight at uni when she is half my size... ) and blonde and tanned (both fake but guys seem to like that here.)
He has said he doesnt want a relationship and not sure if he really likes her that much in that way, but now they seem to be getting on way better.
So i dont really know what im asking tbh. seeing as he has this new girl... but i guess i was wondering how do i get him see i like him? or i dont know if i even want him to know now... but he just takes the piss out of me (in a nice way) and laughs at me all the time.
ughhhh i dont know . im just fed up of getting with random guys and it not meaning anything.
try and be friends with the guy, like try an get him to come to you for relationship advice or something like that, it'll just get him thinking about you
I do like the sound of that idea... but he's already got a group of friends he hangs out with. I occasionally hang out with the guys but the girls are so cliquey they'd just look down on me, it's just the way there are, they all seemed to have gone to the same posh boarding schools and know each other from before.
I reckon it would be a good plan, i just dont know how to go about it. They seem very set on their friend group and wouldnt ever think of inviting me along, not like in a purposely leaving me out way - we just have our different friend groups really, so they'd assume i was hanging out with the people i usually do.
Anyways someone just refered to this girl as his girlfriend... dunno if it's true. But if it is should i just give up?
Well, to the first part- you could talk to one of the members of the group and be like heeey what are you guys doing tonight, because if they don't purposely leave you out, I'm sure they'd invite you along.
And if he is calling her his girlfriend, I would back off for a bit. You could still go along with the friend plan because sometimes it's necessary for friendship to be the basis of a romantic relationship. And who knows, maybe you two will end up together in the future if you become friends... or maybe they have friends that you will be interested in ya know?
yeah i mean it's not like he's going to disappear next week or something just relax and take time and let things run their course.
you should try and see the lesser of two evils in the group, aka look for the more to earth girls and try and take a step towards a friendship with her cause once you're in with one of them then you're in with all of them.
and if she is now his girlfriend, then try and get to know her like "oh hey i hear you guys are going out now, how's that working out" blah blah blah. and just act like a friend.
but honestly for anything to work you have to be really out going about it and not tucked into your leetle shell
