yeah, he was 91, right? until i got the new york times news alert yesterday about him, i actually thought he'd died a while ago. i still haven't read catcher in the rye, though, i really ought to.
Yep he was! He was such a weird guy though. Like once that book was published he disappeared into the woods and had various girlfriend that were in their twenties while he was like 50+ years old. And that book is just amazing.. people either love it or hate it.. I recommend giving it a try though!
