CTOW's Biggest Loser With spring break and prom fast approaching, weight loss is a priority for a lot of teenage girls. Welcome to CTOW's Biggest Loser, where you can get the help and motivation needed to shed some pounds and get healthy. The competition will be based on a points structure that aims to not only help you lose weight now, but will also help you build habits that you can benefit from for the rest of your life. There will be teams to help motivate each other, and each week will bring new, tasty low-fat/low-cal recipes, fabulous weight loss tips, and fun team challenges to help you do your absolute best.
When accepted (and you will be - I’m not turning anyone away who wants to be a part of this competition!), I recommend that you start a mini log in this ‘Fitness and Health’ section of the site to post your daily points as well as your goals and your completion of weekly activities. You can also use these logs to socialize with your teammates and share your own tips and recipes.
Runtime The competition will last 10 weeks. It will start on January 10 and end on March 20th. We will usually have weekly or bi-weekly eliminations, but this depends on how many contestants we have.
Rules -If you will be unable to post your daily points for any reason, be sure to contact me ahead of time, and also make sure you write down the points you earn so you can update as soon as you have access to a computer again. -If you fail to post your daily points within one week (unless I have been notified), you will receive a warning. If you do not post within another week without explanation, or if this happens again, you will be eliminated. -If you engage in any malicious conduct with another contestant, you will risk elimination at the discretion of me. -If I have any reason to suspect that you have falsified your weigh-ins or your daily points, you will risk elimination.
