I feel stuck. I'm still holding onto my last relationship for some strange reason. We've both changed and I know it wouldn't work out if we tried again, so I don't know why I'm still attached to it. I wanna stop missing him. I wanna be okay with starting a new relationship. I'm trying to avoid liking this guy Reilly. He's so sweet, witty and actually intelligent. He cares about his schoolwork, which my old boyfriend didn't give a shiit about. It's so important to me because I'm quite the nerd :) He'd be the perfect boyfriend if I could get over my weirdness.

My best friend got arrested last night. They got pulled over and one of them got a DUI but I'm not friends with that kid anymore so whatever. My best friend, though, he had an illegal knife (the blade was bigger than his hand) and so he got arrested. He needs to stop hanging out with that douchebag who was driving. Obviously he's trouble but my friend doesn't get that. Idiot.

On a happier note, my dad's iphone game comes out soon! He sent me this picture for Valentine's Day:

That's one of the characters. You have to catapult zombies in the game! It's coming out in a week or so I think, and it's gonna be sweeeet! It's called Zombie Cannon Carnage I think. Oh and I heard an awesome quote yesterday- actually my friend who got arrested told me it, "there's no such thing as a bad story."

Hey thanks Caro.. I'm actually starting to make some epiphanies regarding the new guy
but I keep telling him that it's gonna be a while, which he says he understands so that's good!

and yeah it does suck about my friend but I feel like it needed to happen so he can step up his game ya know?

and to Star: The whole boy thing I kinda thought I messed it up because we had a deep conversation over IM, which I don't like to do... and neither does he, so he told me we shouldn't do it again and I felt bad. But then i went on a run and I realized I'm looking for some kind of balance that's not even there and I shouldn't focus on all the bad stuff. Back to being optimistic :)

Life's pretty dull lately- nothing too exciting, but I suppose that's good once in a while. One thing I can't wait for is the TIM BURTON exhibit I'm going to in April or so? It's all his sketches and props from movies and I just love his freakyness, so I'm pumped :)

Oh and we only had school twice this week because of snowdays! :)

dont know if that's what you're looking for as most are fancy dress and some can possibly be a bit slutty.
I actually had to have one for a school musical, but we found a plain dress/slip type thing and my gran sewed the fringe parts on it for me - actually was from a lamp shade lol.

you should go to costume stores if you want a flapper dress! some girls usually do the whole disco whatever theme it's associated with so i'm guessing they'd get it from there...

haha well it actually looked okay lol... but oh now it gets worse...
We were really late for one of the songs in dress rehersal and i couldnt find the other half of the dress and ran on in just the under layer.... which went completely see through under the stage lights!
Our drama teacher was like errrr i think you need to sort your dress out... after i had to do the whole song and dance with my under wear showing and the dress hanging off! majorly embarrasing.
