everyone i knew was rooting for the colts. well....they were pissed that the Giants weren't in it, but then they wanted the Colts. I have friends from the South who i was talking to during it though and they were all SAINTS! and i was torn... actually i don't care much :/

it's the last game of the nfl (national football league) season. the season lasts 17 weeks, so it's a pretty big game. some consider it a national holiday. it always happens on a sunday. it's one of the most watched shows and the infamous superbowl commercials air.

Oh thats cool, thanks Paige. I guess i wouldnt know seeing as we dont play american football here... I suppose we have similar things for football (soccer) and rugby. I saw them playing what you guys call football when i watched The Blind Side... i must say i didnt really get the point of the game haha but it looked pretty intense. I suppose similar to rugby... but tbh i wouldnt know how that's played either.

i love watching football. well, high school football at my school, because our fans our crazy. and the games are always so much fun in the stands. basically, you just run with a football from one end zone to the next. and when someone scores a touch down, the kicker kicks a field goal and has to get it in inside the posts.
