Oh :/ that sucks. My mum used to say that when i used straighteners, but she never actually took them away...
Tell her you dont feel confident going out without using them to do your hair. Sorry i'm sure what else to suggest.
Have stealing the cable box made any progress... problem is that could work the other way and make her mad.

yeah, she gave it back cause i had a party to go to and needed to fix my hair, but then she took it away again =/

and she's just like no, you're hair is going to get bad. the thing is the stylist who cut my hair said my hair was in reaaaaaaally healthy condition considering how long it was and stuff and my moms just a know it all so she's like no she's lying i'm like stfu mom. fkjvgnejngew she's such a ****ing bitch sometimes.

ahaha my friends who have the same straightners as me are like yeah i use them to curl my hair too and i was like woooaaahhh you can do that?! Not that i need curlers, my hair's wavy.

I guess if she is obsessed about hers and your own looks you could ... hmm i dunno. this is hardddd. get up in the morning and purposely make your hair look really bad and then be like LOOK! this is what not having straighteners is doing to me, and overexaggerate loads how you wont go out in public and ohh i dont know if that will work haha. and maybe she'll give them back if she thinks your hair will look better.... not saying your hair wouldnt look good without them, but purposely make it look bad.
